Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the website optimagestioncoi.com and participation in the training programs offered by Optima Gestión COI. By accessing the website or participating in any program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Clause 1 — Identity of the Service Provider

The website and training programs are operated by Optima Gestión COI, located at Cl. 68a #70C-87 Piso 1, Engativá, Bogotá, Cundinamarca, Colombia. Contact: info@optimagestioncoi.com / +57 310 329 9037. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia.

Clause 2 — Nature of Services

Optima Gestión COI provides educational and training services in the field of personal economics, purchasing power, and financial management for microentrepreneurs and independent workers. Services include in-person workshops, online webinars, and structured accompaniment programs.

Nothing in the content of the website or delivered in any program constitutes personalized financial, accounting, tax, or legal advice. Participants requiring such services are advised to consult appropriately qualified and licensed professionals.

Clause 3 — Eligibility

The website may be accessed by any person. Participation in paid programs requires the participant to be at least 18 years of age, or to have the consent of a parent or legal guardian where applicable under Colombian law. By registering for a program, the participant confirms they meet these requirements.

Clause 4 — Registration and Program Participation

Registration for programs is completed through the contact process described on the website. Confirmation of a place in a program is subject to availability and payment of applicable fees. The Organization reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel programs with reasonable advance notice. In the event of cancellation by the Organization, participants will be offered an alternative date or a refund of fees paid.

Clause 5 — Fees and Payment

Fees for programs are as published on the website at the time of registration and are expressed in Colombian Pesos (COP). Fees are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment terms and accepted methods will be communicated at the time of registration. The Organization reserves the right to adjust fees for future program dates with reasonable notice.

Clause 6 — Cancellation by Participant

Participants who wish to cancel a confirmed registration must notify the Organization in writing at info@optimagestioncoi.com. Cancellations received more than 7 calendar days before the program date will receive a full refund. Cancellations received between 3 and 7 calendar days before the program date will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations received fewer than 3 calendar days before the program date are non-refundable. Participants may transfer their registration to another person with prior written notice to the Organization.

Clause 7 — Intellectual Property

All content published on the website and delivered in programs — including text, graphics, materials, methodologies, and educational frameworks — is the intellectual property of Optima Gestión COI or its licensors. Participants are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use materials for their own learning purposes. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any content without prior written permission is prohibited.

Clause 8 — Acceptable Use of the Website

Users agree not to use the website in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or disruptive. Prohibited conduct includes attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website, introducing malicious code, scraping content without permission, or using the website for any commercial purpose without the Organization's written consent.

Clause 9 — Limitation of Liability

The content of the website and programs is provided for informational and educational purposes only. The Organization does not warrant that the information provided is complete, accurate, or suitable for any particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by Colombian law, the Organization's liability for any claim arising from use of the website or participation in programs is limited to the fees paid by the participant for the specific program giving rise to the claim.

Clause 10 — Third-Party Links

The website may contain links to external websites for informational purposes. The Organization does not endorse, control, or accept responsibility for the content of any linked external site. Access to linked sites is at the user's own risk.

Clause 11 — Modifications to Terms

The Organization reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be published on the website with an updated date. Continued use of the website or participation in programs following publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the changes. For material changes, the Organization will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice.

Clause 12 — Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the website shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bogotá, Colombia. The parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes amicably before initiating formal proceedings.
